Quality Custom Distribution is hiring a CDL A Local Refrigerated Driver in Greenwood, IN. The driver will haul multi-temperature control (frozen, refrigerated and ambient) goods 200 miles around Greenwood. Compensation

• Average annual pay: $85,000
  • $30.20 per hour
  • Overtime available after 40 hours worked
  • 45-50 hours per week on average
• Bonuses include:
  • $5,000 Referral Bonus paid at 6 months and one year
  • $5,000 Sign-on Bonus paid at 6 months and one year
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home every night
• Scheduled for five 8-hour shifts per week
• Dispatch times are 1PM and 9PM
• Routes cover Indy, Ohio and Kentucky
• Level of Touch: Unloading Freight at each drop off location

Equipment

• Peterbilt or Volvo trucks
• Automatic 
• Lift gates

Qualifications

• Must have CDL A license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 5 years
• Must be able to frequently lift/handle cases ranging from 5-75 pounds.
• No DUI/DWIs in last 10 years
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 45 minutes of driving distance/30 miles to Greenwood or be willing to relocate for this position
