Compensation:

• Pick your pay structure: W2 or 1099
• Average annual pay up to $93,600
  • W2: 65 CPM + daily per diem
  • 1099: 70 CPM
  • Flat Rate: Option available for both W2 & 1099 drivers (conditions apply, ask a recruiter)
• Additional Pay for W2 & 1099 paid via CPM:
  • Extra Stop: $50 per stop
  • Detention: $15/hr (after first 2 hours)
  • Layover: $125 (W2) or $150 (1099) / per day; when truck is broken
  • All miles empty and loaded are paid
• Bonuses:
  • Sign-on bonus: $2,500 (conditions apply, ask a recruiter) (W2 only)
  • Employee Referral bonus: $1,500
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Guidance for 1099:

• Weekly charge of $36.75 for Occupational insurance
• Escrow / Security Deposit of $1,200 (charged $200 a week for first 6 weeks)
  • Will be returned 30 days after the last day worked (in event driver quits or goes on extended vacation)
• SS-4 with company/LLC and EIN required
• Must have an open business bank account; we will not pay into a personal account
  • If either criterion is not met, the driver will start on W2 until all criteria is met
• If drivers are interested in insurance options, we offer insurance through True North for drivers and premiums are taken out of checks

Company Perks:

• Paid orientation for W2 employees:
  • 1-2 days of orientation – start driving right away
  • Paid $100 per day upon completion of orientation and hire
  • We provide airfare and hotel
• Rider program: passenger (must be at least 12 years of age) and pet friendly (no larger than 50lbs)
• Truck Parking: Offered in both IL & NJ (ask a recruiter for options beyond these locations)

Home Time, Route & Schedule:

• Home Time & Schedule: Home time may vary depending on the area in which you live. For drivers within or around a 150 mile radius of Toledo, OH, you can expect to be home every two weeks on average.
• Route: Real Trucking transports goods east, midwest and south throughout the US
• Level of Touch: 60% drop and hook for fast pickup and delivery; no touch freight!

• Automatic & manual
• Amenities: refrigerator, APU and inverted equipped, ipass, pre-pass and fuel cards
• 24/7 support with professional dispatchers, even on weekends
