Compensation: 

• Top Owner Operators average $192,000 - $288,000 gross annual earnings
• Total settlements includes:
  • Owner paid 80% of line haul revenue
    • Current average line haul rates average $2.45 per mile (based on market)
• Additional Guidance:
  • Parking: Broadview, IL (Free) or Hillsborough, NJ (charged for the parking spot)
  • Driver Referral Bonus - $1,500 paid in two installments
  • Escrow/Security Deposit: $2,000 (charged $250 a week for first 8 weeks) will be returned 30 days after the last day worked (in event driver quits or goes on extended vacation)
• Weekly settlements via direct deposit

  • Samsara Event Recorder (free installation and must be returned if terminated) – dash camera

• Home Time: Drivers in Philadelphia can be home weekly but we can accommodate routes for drivers who wish to stay out on the road for longer periods of time
• Route: Real Trucking transports goods across the US—East, Midwest and South
• 60% drop and hook for fast pickup and delivery; no touch freight

Equipment Required:

• Must have your own truck that is DOT compliant
