Zeller Transportation LLC. is hiring full-time CDL A Regional Reefer Drivers in Hartford, WI Area. Zeller Transportation LLC was started on June 3, 2002 and has been rapidly growing ever since. Based in Hartford, WI, located about 34 miles northwest of Milwaukee, we are a for-hire Interstate and Intrastate carrier that started out specializing in dry, frozen, and refrigerated freight.

Compensation:

• Base pay at 56 CPM, up to 61 CPM with bonuses:
  • Performance Bonus: Additional 02 CPM Paid Weekly
  • Safety Bonus: Additional 03 CPM Paid Monthly
• Average of 2,500+ miles per week
• Average weekly gross pay: $1,800-$2,100
• Guaranteed minimum pay: $15 per hour
• Additional Pay:
  • $2,000 Referral Bonus Program:
    • $500 paid after referred employee completes first load
    • $500 paid at 3, 6, & 12 months
  • Detention Pay: $20 per hour starting 1 hour after appointment
  • Stop Pay: $20 per stop
  • East coast bonus: Additional 02 CPM anything east of I-81
• Paid weekly via direct deposit

• Paid Orientation: Average of 2-2.5 days
  • $200 first day
  • $20 per hour for ride along/road test (typically a full day in the truck)

  • A wash bay where our wash bay personnel regularly wash both our tractors and trailers
• Pet & Passenger Policy
  • Passenger policy:
    • After 90 days without any incidents
    • Minimum of 10 years old
  • Pet policy: None allowed
     

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home weekly!
• Schedule: Out 5-5.5 days, Home 34-48 hours per week
• Route:
  • Midwest & East Coast Routes
  • Take truck home program dependent on location and route. Prefer drivers located in Wisconsin to return to home terminal in Hartford, WI
• No-touch freight
• No slip seating
