Pay per Performance - Drivers currently making between $27-32 hour.
0-100 Miles Loaded, Empty, BobTail - Flat Band Rates
100+ Miles - Container $.80 mile loaded and empty
100+ Miles - Dry Van $.65 mile, loaded, empty and bob tail
